In short

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, monthly and yearly alike.
  • Cancel any time. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period, and it does not renew.
  • No partial refunds or credits for unused time or unused requests.
  • We do refund billing mistakes on our side, such as a double charge.

Try before you pay

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. It returns the same live data as the paid plans, with a smaller monthly allowance, so you can check the sports, books and response format against your own use case before you subscribe. Please use it for that: we cannot refund a plan because it turned out not to fit.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account page or by email at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan you paid for until the end of the current monthly or yearly period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Moving to a lower plan works the same way. See Cancelling in the Terms of Service.

When we do refund

  • Billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the wrong charge in full.
  • If we stop the service. If we close OddsLink or end your plan for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
  • Long outages on our side. If the API is down for you for an extended time because of a fault on our side, tell us. We may give a credit or a partial refund at our discretion.

A book, sport or market that stops being available because the book itself stopped publishing it is not a fault on our side. Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service are not refunded.

How to ask

Use the contact form with the address on your account, the date and the amount of the charge. We reply within two business days. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used; depending on your bank it can take up to 10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most billing problems are fixed faster by email. We may suspend an account while a chargeback on it is open.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies.
