Refer a new customer with your link or code. They get a discount on monthly base-plan charges, and you can earn credit toward your plan.
What each side gets
For the new customer
10% off their first three settled monthly base-plan charges within six months of their first paid charge. Upgrades, taxes and add-ons are excluded. Annual charges and months under review hold consume no discount slots. Annual plans keep their separate annual discount.
For you
Account credit worth one month of the cheaper participant's base plan, up to $200 per new customer, once. The new customer's price is fixed at their first paid base charge; your price is measured when credit is released. Annual base prices are divided by 12.
How it works
Become a paying customer
Your referral link becomes available after your first paid base subscription charge, while you remain a paying customer.
Copy your link or code in your account
Sign in, open Referrals, then use Copy link or copy your code. The new customer uses your link or enters your code at signup.
Credit is released after 30 days
The new customer must still be active 30 days after their first paid base charge, with no refund or dispute during that window. You must be active at release. A review hold delays release and use.
Where credit applies
Credit automatically offsets future base-subscription renewals and plan changes, including upgrades, oldest credit first. It expires 12 calendar months after release. Credit cannot pay for add-ons, be transferred, or be exchanged for cash.
Referral questions
How long is a link remembered?
30 days on that browser. The first valid link is remembered; an explicit code entered at signup overrides it. On another device, enter the code before creating the account.
Can an existing account add a referrer?
No. Existing accounts cannot add or change a referrer.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are ineligible.
What happens after a refund or dispute?
A confirmed refund or dispute of the qualifying charge within 30 days voids the pending reward and remaining discounts. After release, a later refund or dispute holds the remaining unspent credit for review. Already used credit never becomes debt.
